1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and services of BAT Firearms Training LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. About Us BAT Firearms Training LLC operates a shooting range, firearms training courses, and related services. References to “services” include classes, range use, rentals, retail sales, booking, and other activities.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law) and legally permitted to possess firearms and participate in firearms-related activities in your jurisdiction. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and comply with additional requirements.

a. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

b. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

c. Payment is required at booking or as specified in the service description.

d. Cancellation and refund policies are posted on the Site and may vary by service. We reserve the right to charge cancellation or processing fees.

e. We may cancel or reschedule services for safety, staffing, weather, or other operational reasons; in such cases we’ll offer a refund or reschedule.

4. Safety, Rules & Conduct

a. You agree to follow all posted range rules, instructor directions, and applicable laws.

b. Safety equipment (eye/ear protection, etc.) must be used as required.

c. We may refuse service, eject, or ban anyone for unsafe behavior, intoxication, unlawful conduct, or failure to follow instructions. No refunds for ejected participants.

d. Firearms and ammunition handling rules posted at the range are part of these Terms.

e. Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release By participating in any on-site activity, you acknowledge firearms and range use involve inherent risks including serious injury or death. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you:

f. Voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation;

g. Release, waive, and discharge BAT Firearms Training LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence as defined by law.

h. Liability Disclaimer To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, its content, and our services are provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

5. Equipment, Rentals & Property

a. Rental or loaned equipment is provided “as is.” You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and for returning equipment on time.

6. Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property is your responsibility. We are not responsible for personal items left on premises.

7. Medical Conditions You must notify us of any medical condition, disability, pregnancy, or medication that could affect your ability to participate safely. We may require a physician’s release.

8. Photos, Video & Media Release By entering Company property or participating in Company services, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording. We may use such materials for marketing and publicity without compensation unless you notify us in writing in advance.

9. Intellectual Property All Site content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use Company intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Privacy Our Privacy Policy governs collection and use of personal information. By using the Site or services you agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, participation in services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

13. Modifications We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. It’s your responsibility to review Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law & Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio.

15. Severability If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

16. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with any policies referenced (Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Range Rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and services.
