About The Owner
Tom Gwinn brings extensive experience from both law enforcement and the United States Marine Corps. He is a certified NRA Pistol and Rifle Instructor, as well as a Range Safety Officer. Tom is deeply committed to teaching firearm safety and has a proven track record of success in training others firearm safety.
Our Mission
At BAT Firearms Training, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality firearms training to individuals of all skill levels. Our mission is to empower our students with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and legally handle firearms.
Shooting Range
This newly developed and expanding outdoor range is designed to safely accommodate defensive shooting drills, target practice, and long-range shooting. Conveniently located at 8945 SR 204, Thornville, Ohio 43076.
Our vision is to establish an exclusive private club dedicated to responsible firearms training and marksmanship. However, to introduce the community to the facility, public shooters are currently welcome.
To schedule your visit, please complete the waiver and reservation form. I will personally meet you at the range to provide an introduction and review of all safety rules.
